Terrell walked the job before quoting and told us plainly which parts of the layout were going to cost us and which were not worth doing. The schedule he gave us at the start is the one we finished on.
They opened the wall, found the old plumbing was worse than anyone expected, and had a written change order to us the same afternoon with the cost and the extra days. No surprises at the end.
Crew showed up when they said they would, cleaned the site down every evening, and the punch list was three small items. We have used other contractors and this was not our usual experience.
We stayed open through the whole build. The noisy work was scheduled around our trading hours without us having to ask twice, and the inspector signed off first time.
One number to call and one person who actually knew where the job was. That alone was worth what we paid over the cheapest quote we had.
Straightforward pricing, no padding, and they matched the transition to our existing floor better than we thought was possible.
Permits and inspections were handled start to finish. We were told early when a material was back-ordered instead of finding out at the end of the month.
Handover included the warranties, the manuals and the sign-offs in one folder. Small thing, but nobody had ever done that for us before.
